PERSYARATAN CALON PESERTA DIKLAT KEPRAMUGARIAN TAHUN 2014 ANGKATAN II

A. Syarat Umum Administrasi :

a. Surat keterangan sehat

b. Fotokopi KTP atau identitas lain 1 Lembar

c. Fotokopi Ijazah terakhir yang di legalisir 1 Lembar

d. Foto diri berwarna yaitu:

- Pas Photo ukuran 4x6 sebanyak 5 lembar

- Pas Photo close up seluruh badan full body ukuran post card (3R) latar belakang kuning 1lembar

B. Syarat Khusus

• Pendidikan

- Pendidikan minimal SMA, SMK, Madrasah Aliyah (MA) dan dibuktikan dengan ijazah yang telah dilegalisir (Bagi yang masih kelas XII SMA/SMK/MA yang ijazahnya belum keluar, ijazah bisa disusulkan)

- Lulusan Diploma D1, D3, D4 dan Sarjana S1

- Dapat berbahasa Inggris secara aktif (Lisan dan tulisan)

• Fisik

- Wanita

- Belum Pernah Menikah

- Sehat jasmani dan rohani

- Usia 18 s/d 23 tahun

- Tidak menggunakan alat bantu penglihatan.

- Tidak buta warna.

- Susunan gigi rapi.

- Tinggi badan minimum 160 cm dan maksimum 172 cm dengan berat badan proporsional.

• Pengambilan dan Pengembalian formulir Pendaftaran di buka mulai tanggal 18 April s.d. 27 Juni 2014 bertempat di kantor Pusdiklat Kepramugariaan Jl. Cendrawasih no. 233 Makassar (langsung pengukuran tinggi & berat badan)

B. Special Conditions

• Education

- Minimum high school , vocational school , Madrasah Aliyah ( MA ) and is evidenced by a

diploma which has been legalized ( For those who still class XII SMA / SMK / MA that has not

come out diplomas , certificates can be followed )

- Graduate Diploma D1 , D3 , D4 and S1 Degree

- Can actively speak English ( Oral and written )

• Physical

- Women

- Not Married yet

- Physically and mentally healthy

- Age 18 s / d 23 years

- Do not use visual aids .

- Do not color blind .

- The composition of neat gear .

- Minimum height 160 cm and maximum 172 cm with proportional weight .

• Collection and Return Registration form is opened from 18 April to June 27, 2014 was held at the

Training Center Kepramugariaan Jl . Cendrawasih no. 233 Makassar ( direct measurement of

height and weight )
